You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

Product conditions:
The product must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use, and with the complete original packaging .

How to manage it?
Just write to us at info@pepabonninjoyas.com indicating:

• Your order number

• The reason for the exchange or return

In that same email, we will give you the necessary instructions to complete the process.

Ease from the start:
You'll receive a return label inside the package, so you can easily manage your return.

Brand response time:
Once we receive the returned product, we have a maximum of 7 business days to process the corresponding exchange or refund.

Cost:
Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by Pepa Bonnin Joyas . Just make sure you pack your jewelry properly and follow the instructions.
