How to return products in accepted cases:

PEPA BONNÍN JOYAS will refund the customer using the payment method used when placing the order. This refund is subject to PEPA BONNÍN JOYAS 's right to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURNS
We are committed to accepting returns and covering the return shipping costs ONLY in the following cases:
